This spring I had the privilege of designing two standout experiences for clients who entrusted me with creating extraordinary days in Wine Country.

For Tod’s: Italian Style Meets Napa Splendor

When the esteemed Italian fashion house Tod’s activated its brand at Nordstrom Walnut Creek, the company chose to extend the experience with a day in Napa for executives, including the CEO Tod’s Group Americas, and Nordstrom VIP clients. What followed was a spectacular afternoon, including a private estate luncheon and luxury transportation, all curated to reflect Tod’s refined aesthetic and commitment to elegance. The CEO, in Napa Valley for the first time, was so taken with the beauty that he shared with me that the setting reminded him of his hometown in the Italian region of Abruzzo.

The event culminated in a touching video testimonial from one of Nordstrom’s VIP clients—proof that when hospitality, heritage, and storytelling converge, the results are unforgettable.

A Global Brand’s Day of Distinction

Another recent client—a global leader in its industry—was in town to take part in a multi-day charitable event and entrusted Napa Valley Noir with curating a full day in Wine Country. The itinerary unfolded across three thoughtfully-selected wineries, each revealing a different layer of Napa’s personality. From a subterranean salon tasting, to a private chef-prepared lunch inside a vineyard church, to an ATV vineyard tour with sweeping mountain views at a storied winery founded in 1889, the day culminated at Napa’s premier steakhouse for a lively group dinner beneath the stars.

As I came to say my goodbyes at dinner, the Senior VP of Sales, seated at the table with his team, including the President of Sales, looked up and thanked me for not just planning—but executing—a spectacular experience. As a curator, there’s no higher compliment.
